I called around to a number of the hotels in the area to ask about rates around the time of the wedding. I was a bit surprised to find out that most did not really do a group rate thing until there were at least 15 rooms confirmed and even then the price didn't drop much. The place that seemed to be the best to me was the Extended Stay America (Seattle northgate location). They were cheaper than most and seemed to be a pretty nice place and also have a kitchen in the room. Below is a list of all the places I called and got rates, so you can decide what you would like to do.
